Refund policy
Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns on personalised, custom-made or sale items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact Us
Please email our team at sarah@sadele.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the next steps.
2. Repack Carefully
Kindly return your arrangement in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely back to our studio.
3. Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as Sadele cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
REFUNDS
Processing
Once received, your return will be carefully reviewed. Refunds are processed within 6 -12 business days.
Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
If you would prefer a different arrangement or colourway, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for your preferred selection.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We take great care in preparing each Sadele order. If your arrangement arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, to ensure your experience with Sadele remains seamless.
